Terms of Service

1. About us and about these terms

This store is owned and operated by {LEGAL NAME}, business registration number {BUSINESS ID}, Israel ("Lurev", "we", "us"). These terms govern the relationship between us and anyone who browses try-lurev.com, uses anything on it, or buys from it ("you").

We can update these terms from time to time. The version that binds you is the one published on the site at the moment you place your order — a later change never applies backwards to an order you already made.

Product photos are illustrative. We don't promise that every product or option is in stock at all times, and we can start or end a promotion whenever we choose.

2. Placing an order, and when it becomes binding

Placing an order is an offer from you to buy. The automatic email confirming we received it is not yet an acceptance — the sale is formed when we confirm the order and successfully charge your payment method.

If a product's description or price contained a clear and material error, we may cancel the order. If we do, we'll tell you promptly and refund everything you paid, in full.

Payment is by credit card, processed by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card number.

3. Prices, currency and taxes

All prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping, if any is charged, is shown separately and clearly before you complete checkout — there are no charges added after that screen.

Prices do not include import duties, customs charges, or any sales or local taxes in your country. If your country charges them on arrival, they're yours to pay, and they're not something we can calculate or refund.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse. Delivery time estimates shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees — customs, carrier delays and peak seasons all move them. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

You're responsible for giving us a correct and complete shipping address. Packages lost because of a wrong address aren't something we can recover, though we'll always try to help.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Your right to cancel, the 14-day window, and how refunds are paid are all set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Using our products safely

This matters more than the rest of this document, so read it.

Everything Lurev sells is a cosmetic or personal-care product. Our products are not medical devices, not medicines, and not a substitute for professional care. They have not been evaluated by the FDA.

  • Follow the instructions supplied with the product. Using more of it, or for longer than directed, doesn't improve the result — it raises the chance of irritation.
  • Our products are intended for adults. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, check with a professional before using them.
  • If you have an existing condition, a known allergy, or ongoing treatment affecting the area a product is used on, speak to a qualified professional before you start.
  • Mild, short-lived sensitivity can be normal. Pain, bleeding, swelling, or any reaction that doesn't settle is not — stop using the product and get it looked at.
  • Results vary from person to person and depend on circumstances we can't see. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific result within a specific time.
  • Keep out of reach of children. For external use only unless the product states otherwise. Do not swallow.

7. Who can buy

You need to be at least 18 to order from us. By placing an order you're confirming that you are.

8. Reviews and anything you post

Reviews, photos and comments you submit stay yours, but by posting them you give us a free, worldwide, ongoing licence to display and use them for marketing the store. Keep them honest and keep them yours — don't post someone else's photos, and don't post anything unlawful, abusive, or misleading. We can remove content that breaks this, and we're not obliged to publish everything we receive.

Some reviews on our product pages were imported from our suppliers' listings for the same products and were written by buyers outside this store. They're marked as imported where our review platform supports it.

9. Our content

The Lurev name, logo, site design, text, photography and video are ours or licensed to us. You can view and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying them into another store, a marketplace listing, or an ad is not allowed.

10. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break into the site, scrape it at scale, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with how it works for anyone else. We can refuse or cancel orders, and block access, where we reasonably believe this is happening.

11. Third-party services

Checkout, payments, reviews and analytics on this site run on third-party platforms — Shopify among them. Their own terms apply to their part of the service, and we're not responsible for how they operate or for content on any site we link to.

12. What we don't promise, and what we're liable for

We work to keep product information accurate and the site available, but we don't guarantee that either is uninterrupted or error-free, and the site is provided as it is.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, or any other right that can't be waived by agreement. Within that limit, our total liability arising out of an order is capped at the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

13. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — but before it gets that far, email us. Almost everything is solvable in one message.
