The routine
How it works
Peel
Open a sachet and lift the strip off its backing. One strip for the top, one for the bottom.
Press
Line it up with your gum line and press it onto dry teeth. Fold the edge behind to lock it in.
Peel off
Leave for 30 minutes, then peel away and rinse. Repeat daily for fourteen days.
